Welcome to The Way Forward Ministry (the "Ministry"). By accessing our website (https://www.thewayforwardnow.com) and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of Ministry Services

• Spiritual Focus: We provide personal prayer ministry for those seeking inner healing and spiritual freedom through the love of Jesus Christ.

• Christian Deliverance: Our team offers prayer ministry specifically aimed at freeing individuals from the influence of demonic spirits.

• Ministerial Authority: You understand that during ministry, a minister may use an authoritative tone when confronting demonic spirits; this is not directed at you personally as a demand for information.

2. Professional Disclaimer (Medical & Mental Health)

• Not Licensed Professionals: Our team members are ministers, not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, or licensed counselors.

• No Diagnosis: We do not diagnose or treat mental illness, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for seeking and maintaining professional medical or psychiatric care. If your condition changes, it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional immediately.

• Medications: The Ministry is not responsible for your medical conditions or treatments, such as medications, as these are beyond the scope of our services.

3. User Conduct and Safety

• Honesty: You agree to provide willful, honest information and not overexaggerate your experiences during ministry.

• Safety & Weapons: For in-person ministry, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Refusal to secure a weapon in a vehicle or safe will result in immediate cancellation.

• Physical Contact: If you do not wish to be touched during prayer, you must make this clear upfront. We reserve the right to end a session if it becomes challenging to continue without restraint.

• Risk of Harm: If a participant poses a risk of harm to themselves or others, we reserve the right to end the session and contact emergency assistance.

4. Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting

• Privacy: We take reasonable measures to preserve your privacy and trust.

• Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality may be waived if required by law or the authorities, specifically in cases involving child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of harm to self or others.

5. Limitation of Liability and Release

• Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that you have sought our assistance of your own initiative and are under no obligation to accept any advice given.

• Release of Claims: By using this site and our services, you agree to release and hold The Way Forward Ministry, its employees, and volunteers free from any liability, loss, or damage of any kind.

• Covenant Not to Sue: You agree not to hold the Ministry or its representatives legally liable for any claims or actions related to the ministry process.

6. Termination of Service

• The Ministry reserves the right to end a session or participation if the issue moves beyond what we can adequately address, so that you may seek professional help.

• We are not obligated to provide referrals, and any suggestions made are not requirements.

7. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect.
